Harper in Onederland!!!!
Happy Birthday Harper!!! It's hard to believe that our little angel is already one. Harper had an Alice in Wonderland themed party. Abby did a really great job planning it. Some people dressed in costumes (and others like us who are party poppers did not....my excuse was I had been on vacation all week and couldn't take a costume camping with us.) The decorations were darling. I had to make two different collages to show the pictures for this event. One of the decorations and one of the people who shared this special day with Harper.

Flower Power!!!!!
I have somewhat of a fetish with yellow wildflowers. I made Brian stop and take this picture of Rory and Abby before they were married in 2009 in Logan Canyon. I've always loved the picture.
When we were visiting Harper in Idaho in May 2013, Brian snapped this picture of her.

Then, this spring I took all of these shots highlighting my beloved yellow flowers. Yes, I think I'm a little bit infatuated with these beautiful flowers.

Hoppy Easter
Harper has got to be the absolute cutest Easter bunny ever. Thanks to Abby for capturing these photos of the little sweetie.

Funny bunny winked at me, blinked at me and then,
turned himself round about and hopped into his pen.
I called him softly then, I counted up to ten,
then funny bunny turned around
and hopped back out again.
(a cute little song I used to sing to Harper's daddy!)

Lions and tigers and ZOO BOISE!!!
On one of our trips up to Boise we were able to be part of Harper's first visit to the zoo. I'd never been to any other zoo but Hogle Zoo in Salt Lake. I was pleasantly surprised by this zoo. There were lots of animals and we enjoyed being part of one of Harper's firsts. Grandpa was afraid that his little sweetheart was going to get sunburned so he bought he a cute souvenior hat to keep the sun off her face.

Harper's First Christmas
Ho! Ho! Ho! Ho! Ho! Isn't this just the cutest little elf you've ever seen? Brian, Kade and I were able to go and spend Harper's first Christmas with her in Idaho. We traveled up to Boise on Sunday morning and spent Sunday-Thursday with Rory and Abby and Harper. We enjoyed a great Christmas Eve dinner with Abby's brother Jesse and his wife Melissa and their cute daughters. Abby made hot ham and cheese sandwiches that were so yummy.
This is Harper and her cute cousin Lauren on Christmas Eve.
Of course Christmas wouldn't be Christmas without new Christmas jammies on Christmas Eve. In the pictures below Uncle Kade helps Harper model her first pair of Christmas jammies. She sure looked darling in them!
There was no shortage to people to hold Harper. I think everyone would agree she is the best present our family received this year. Here are pictures of her with Grandpa and Grammy and her Mommy and Daddy.
Harper's stocking and some of the presents she received. Uncle Kade was excited to give Harper a rocking horse.

Harper made sure she had a present for Mommy too. Can you say major blowout?
